The Korea Appraisal Board, a public enterprise specialized in real estate investigation/monitoring, public announcement and statistical analysis, aids developing nations laying the foundation for real estate valuation systems and real estate monitoring mechanisms. Currently, KAB Real Estate Research Institute, with the help of Korea International Cooperation Agency’s (KOICA) Official Development Assistance (ODA), is carrying out the “Vietnam Land-Price Assessment Capability and Land-Price Information System Improvement Project”. This project aims to enhance Vietnam’s efficiency in the real estate market and real estate monitoring system. The project will provide consultation to create land-pricing systems by developing appropriate land-price assessment models, researching and creating land-price information, educating and training human capital, and etc.
On the 19th of June 2017, Korea Appraisal Board has successfully and proudly hosted the Project Launch Ceremony for the “Vietnam Land-Price Assessment Capability and Land-Price Information System Improvement Project” in Hanoi, Vietnam.
